Rates

For extended stays, take advantage of our summer special flat rate of $975 for 5 nights (extra cleaning may apply beyond the normal $75 fee). Just need a weekend away? Use our per person rates, starting at $160 per night for two, plus $20 per additional person per night. All stays incur a $75 cleaning fee and 6% county sales tax. Add a third night for 15% less.

Children under 2 are free. Maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Two night minimum; 3 night min on Holiday weekends; 4 night min Christmas and New Years. 15% discount on non-holiday weekdays (Tues – Thurs).

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Check-in/Check-out

Unless previously arranged the check-in and check-out times are 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM , respectively. This allows time for cleaning between guests.

NOTE: Please remember that most neighboring homes are occupied by full-time residents; tenants that cause disturbances to neighbors with loud parties or other unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund of fees.
